Konica Minolta Charge Roller and Charge Corona Unit

Most Konica Minolta copiers use a charge corona unit to charge the OPC drum. The Konica Minolta charge corona unit comprises a durable stainless steel frame, a charge grid, and a charge corona wire. Some low-speed Konica Minolta copiers use primary charge rollers. The Konica Minolta charge roller is a metal roller core with layers of conductive rubber outside. The main function of the charging roller is to conduct static electricity to the surface of the Konica Minolta OPC drum so that the OPC drum can absorb toner powder.

The quality of the electrostatic latent image on the surface of the Organic Photoconductor Drum is an important factor affecting the quality of the printing. The electrostatic latent image is related to the uniformity of electricity, so when the primary charge roller or charge corona unit is worn out and cannot discharge uniformly, you should replace it in time.
