HP CF258A Chip Recycle Drill Instructions
1. Unscrew the HP toner chip recycle drill handle and pull out the cutter.
2. Move the tool to the chip holder of the original toner so that its notch coincides with the chip holder position. Note: Press firmly into the groove so the tool cannot shake.
3. Rotate the handle to the bottom until you can see through the notch that the chip has been detached from the chip holder.
4. Remove the chip with tweezers. Please note that you should not touch the yellow part of the chip with your hands.
5. Remove the HP CF258A toner chip removal tool.
6. If residual glue remains on the chip’s back, remove it completely to ensure smooth installation.
