Premium Remanufactured Canon Fuser Unit and Fixing Film Assembly

Features of Premium Remanufactured Canon Fuser Units

Our remanufactured Canon fuser units meet high-quality standards. We will clean and inspect them in all aspects and replace all seriously worn parts with our high-quality compatible products or original products, which ensures a long service life and excellent print quality.

• Longlife Fuser Film: We will replace the fuser film with high-quality, Japan-imported products and use the original heating element and grease to extend its lifespan.
• Original Quality Pressure Roller: We will replace the old pressure roller with original quality products and replace the related bushings and bearings.
• New Cleaning Roller: We will replace the old cleaning roller because it has a lot of waste powder, which produces wrinkles on the pressure roller and damages the fixing film.
• 95% New: We choose to use 90% new old fusers for remanufacturing, ensuring that 95% new is achieved after cleaning and replacing the worn parts.
• Strict Test: After completing the assembly, we will test the machine by conducting a double-sided test with 50 sheets and randomly copying a full black page to ensure quality before packaging.
