Brother Fuser Pressure Roller Brother Printer Lower Sleeved Roller
Brother Pressure Roller is the fixing roller in the Brother fuser unit, It consists of a solid steel roller in the center, a red or black rubber or foam layer in the middle, and a fluorine sleeve that is resistant to high temperatures on the surface. Its main function is to apply pressure to the Brother upper fuser roller and work with it to fix toner powder onto the paper uniformly and firmly through the high temperature.
The Brother fuser pressure roller can become worn after long use or damaged by the fuser picker finger. The toner will not adhere to the paper and result in unclear printing if the lower pressure roller is worn. And the damaged lower sleeved rollers always cause paper jams. So replacing the worn pressure rollers in time is necessary to protect the printers and keep good printings.
