Kyocera Upper Fuser Roller Kyocera Fuser Heat Roller

The toner image is firmly attached to the paper during the fixing process. This is accomplished by the cooperation of the upper fuser roller and the lower sleeved roller inside the Kyocera fuser unit. The Kyocera upper fuser roller, also known as the heating roller, is a hollow aluminum tube that can be heated by a heating lamp inside. High-quality upper heating roller tubes are mostly made of pure thinner aluminum to ensure effective heat conduction.

The main function of the Kyocera heat roller is to provide high temperature and conduct heat to the toner image on the paper through the high temperature resistant chemical coating on its outer layer. The driving gear installed on the end of the fuser heat roller could drive itself and the lower roller to rotate through friction, and then the high temperature from the heat roller and pressure from the lower roller will fix the toner image or text on the paper firmly.
