The Samsung upper fuser roller is located at the top of the Samsung fuser unit. It is used to conduct and apply high temperatures to the toner image on the paper. It is composed of an aluminum hollow tube with a high-temperature resistant chemical coating on the surface, and the hollow part is equipped with a fixing lamp that generates high temperature.
There are slots at the end of Samsung fuser heat rollers to fix and install the drive gear, which provides power for the rotation of the upper fuser roller and lower pressure rollers. During the printing process, the upper roller and the lower roller work together to fix the toner image on the paper through heat and pressure, ultimately forming a durable copy or print output.
