Inkjet Printer Spare Parts
The inkjet parts are mainly for inkjet printers, plotters, UV printers, eco-solvent printers, and other large-format printers. Our competitive products include printhead, waste ink pad, ink maintenance box, maintenance cartridge chip, print head cable, sensor cable, encoder strip, carriage belt, ink damper, and cap top.

Ink Maintenance Box
Ink maintenance Box, also known as a waste ink tank or maintenance cartridge. Generally, it includes a waste ink pad and a maintenance cartridge chip.
The waste ink has conductive properties, once it flows into the printer board and other electrical components, it may burn them. So when waste ink over capacity occurs, we should check and clean the waste ink tank first, then reset or replace the waste ink counter. You may also use our compatible ink maintenance box to replace the old one directly.

Waste Ink Pad
Inkjet printers should use ink to clean their printheads timely to ensure smooth ink flow and to prevent clogging, so there will be waste ink during the cleaning process. The waste ink pad is used to absorb the waste ink from the cleaning process. It is a sponge or felt in the printer’s waste ink tank.
Cleaning the waste ink pad is not an easy job. We may supply compatible waste ink pads at competitive prices for Epson and Canon Printers, and you may use them for replacement directly.

Maintenance Box Chip
The maintenance tank chip is an important part of the ink maintenance box. Once the ink in the waste ink tank is full, the chip sends out a warning signal to remind the user that the waste ink tank needs to be replaced. Meanwhile, the printer stops working.
When this occurs, to let the printer work again, you need to replace the whole maintenance cartridge or just replace the chip and the waste ink pad. We may supply maintenance cartridge chips for most Epson and Canon printers.

Printhead
The printhead is one of the core components in a printer and is mainly responsible for converting the data sent by the computer into text or images, which are then printed on paper by inkjet or thermal technology. According to the type of printer, the print head can be categorised as an inkjet printhead, a thermal printhead, or a dot matrix printer head.
We may supply original and refurbished inkjet printheads for HP, Epson, Canon, and Brother printers. The refurbished inkjet printheads are saleable in the market because of the competitive prices. Thermal printheads and dot matrix printer heads are also available.

Print head Cable and Sensor Cable
The printhead cable transmits the data and control signals necessary for printing the correct patterns, such as text or images. These cables need to support high-speed data transmission and be flexible enough to accommodate the movement of the printhead. The carriage sensor cable is used to detect the position of the print head and control the printer’s speed.
We may supply a complete series of cables for most Epson inkjet printers, including print head cable, carriage sensor cable, scanner cable, and control panel cable.

Encoder Strip
The surface of the encoder strip is inscribed with a series of parallel stripes that are precisely spaced. These stripes can be scanned by a photoelectric sensor to accurately measure and control the movement and position of the print head in real-time, thus precisely controlling the image printing position to ensure the accuracy and stability of the print quality.
We supply compatible and cheap encoder strips for most HP, Epson, and Canon inkjet printers.

Carriage Belt Timing Belt
The carriage belt, also called the timing belt, is a crucial component in many types of printers, including inkjet and plotter printers. It is a long, thin belt that moves the carriage assembly (which holds the printhead) back and forth across the width of the printer.
The carriage belt is typically made of durable, flexible material, such as rubber or reinforced polyurethane, and it often has teeth on the inside surface that mesh with gears on the carriage and the motor pulley to ensure precise movement.

Ink Damper
The ink damper is a small plastic accessory located above the printhead. There is a filter screen inside it, which is mainly used to filter out impurities in the ink, reducing the probability of printhead clogging. If the ink damper is not replaced for a long time, excessive impurities in the filter screen will significantly increase the probability of printhead failure.
To prolong the service life of the printhead, you should check and replace the ink damper timely. We offer compatible ink dampers for inkjet printers, plotters, and UV printers.

Capping Station Top
The capping station is located beneath the printhead. Its main function is to protect the printhead. After the printing is completed, the carriage that carries the printhead will return to the capping station area. This effectively prevents the clogging of the printhead surface due to ink condensation. The capping station features a tight seal and long-lasting moisture retention, and it also has an automatic ink drawing and cleaning function.
The cap top is a cap on the top of the capping station. You should replace the cap top when there are problems with the printing or print head cleaning. We may supply high-quality cap tops made of imported material.
